Sber branches registered 21 mn non-financial transactions in 2023
In 2023, clients carried out 21 million non-financial transactions at Sber branches, nearly doubling their number vs. 2022. Receiving Megamarket orders and SberBank Online app installation on a smartphone emerged as the two fastest growing services available throughout Russia. Clients would stop by to get coffee more often, too, drinking 1.5 mn cups at Sber branches over the year.
Sber marketed several new services in 2023 and they are gaining popularity. At Sber's urban branches, you can have documents printed out or photocopied, while in some regions, you can buy Troika transit cards, sim cards, plane and train tickets, fill out tax deduction forms, buy or sell a car in a secure way, get help with finding a job, activate self-employed services, get advice regarding utility issues, and much more.

Last year was crucial to the evolution of non-financial solutions in our branches: we created all-new popular services, expanded the geography of our offerings, and thus showed our clients that Sber goes beyond finances. You can address many different issues with us. We are developing the philosophy ‘If you don’t know where to start, ask Sber.’ Working on non-financial services is one of its elements. At the end of last year, the number of unique clients who came to our branches for non-financial services reached 1.3 million people, which is 40% more than a year earlier. I am certain that this year, we will be able to help even more people to address their day-to-day issues easily and with great quality.
