HSBC has formed a strategic partnership with French AI unicorn Mistral AI to deploy generative AI solutions bank-wide, aiming to streamline workflows, boost operational efficiency, and enhance client experiences.
Under the agreement, HSBC will self-host Mistral's commercial large language models (LLMs) and their future iterations, combining the bank's technological infrastructure with Mistral's AI expertise.
