Let me begin by extending my congratulations to the Beijing Financial Street on its great development achievement over the past 30 years. On 19 September 2022, the ChiNext Board ETF Option (underlying security: ChiNext Board ETF, Code: 159915) and the CSI 500 ETF Option (underlying security: CSI 500 ETF, Code: 159922) were listed for trading on the SZSE. SZSE Chairman Chen Huaping attended the launch ceremony. Director Zhang Wangjun of the Department of Market Supervision I of CSRC and Standing Committee member Zeng Pai of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee gave speeches via video link, and SZSE President & CEO Sha Yan addressed the ceremony on the spot. National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (“NAFMII”) hereby promulgates the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Tiered Management of Debt Financing Instruments of Overseas Non-Financial Enterprises (the “Detailed Rules”) and the Form Requirements for Registration Documents for Debt Financing Instruments of Overseas Non-Financial Enterprises (the “Form”) with a view to fully implementing the policy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to expand the open-up of the financial sector in an active and orderly manner and further improving the quality and level of the open-up of the debt financing instruments market. To further regulate the registration and issuances of debt financing instruments by overseas non-financial enterprises, NAFMII hereby provides the notice on the relevant matters as follows:

On July 26, “Penghua Shenzhen Energy REIT”, the first infrastructure REITs in the clean energy field in China, was successfully listed on SZSE. It’s an embodiment of SZSE’s implementation of the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the requirements of the 14th Five-year Plan. It is also a pragmatic measure of SZSE to give full play to the function of publicly offered REITs securitization, promote positive circulation of existing assets and new investments in the clean energy field, and support economic and social transformation and development.

China is aiming to become a moderately developed economy by 2035, with “big leaps” in a wide range of areas from economic strength and technological prowess to overall national capability.
