OP Corporate Bank ranked as Finland's best corporate bank
OP Corporate Bank ranked again as Finland’s best corporate bank. This year, OP shares the first place with SEB. OP Corporate Bank is the only Finnish corporate bank to have been in the top two of the Prospera survey for six consecutive years.
Customers rated OP Corporate Bank as number one in the following categories: personal contacts, understanding banking needs, service minded, senior management attention, and quick decisions. OP Corporate Bank also received praise for its proactive approach.
The Prospera survey is the only survey in Finland to provide a view of large corporations’ key preferences regarding banks. According to the survey, large corporations want the bank to understand their needs, be service minded and able to make decisions quickly. Other factors that have become increasingly important over the last 12 months include knowledge about the customer's industry, understanding their strategic goals, proactivity, and attention from the bank's senior management.
“My warmest thanks to our corporate customers for their trust, and to our personnel for their excellent work. I'm especially delighted that our customers see OP Corporate Bank as a quick decision-maker. Amidst growing economic uncertainty, the importance of rapid decision-making and active contacts is increasingly emphasised,” says Katja Keitaanniemi, CEO of OP Corporate Bank.
KANTAR SIFO Prospera is an annual survey measuring customer satisfaction. Out of the 65 large Finnish corporations (net sales at least 500 million euros), a total of 55 CFOs or Group Treasurers responded this year. In the survey, large corporate representatives rate corporate banks relevant to them against various qualitative criteria.
